Right Angle Forcep
A laparoscopic right-angle dissecting forcep designed for dissection and passage of sutures or ties behind vessels and structures.
The Right Angle Forcep is an essential laparoscopic instrument for dissecting around and behind structures such as blood vessels, bile duct, and ureteric structures. The distinctive 90-degree angled jaw allows surgeons to work around tubular structures a manoeuvre that would be impossible with a straight instrument. It is particularly indispensable during cholecystectomy for dissecting the cystic duct and artery, and during other procedures requiring vessel isolation.
