The 10mm Trocar Cannula is the standard access port for 10mm laparoscopic instruments including the laparoscope, clip applier, and 10mm graspers. It consists of a sharp trocar for initial tissue penetration and a cannula that remains in the abdominal wall to allow repeated instrument passage throughout the procedure. The valve mechanism prevents CO2 gas leakage during instrument exchange.
